I had a dental implant done at Cascade Oral Surgery in Grand Rapids, and I had an excellent experience. Dr. Novelli was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He took the time to explain the entire procedure, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His assistant, Nichole, was very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The front desk staff made a great first impression as well, greeting me with a smile and making the check-in process easy and welcoming. I truly appreciated the care and professionalism of everyone in the office. I would definitely recommend Cascade Oral Surgery to anyone in need of oral surgery or dental implant treatment.

I had Dr. Andrew Baker and his assistant Betsy. They were amazing! I’ve never had a tooth pulled and was nervous. Betsy did a great job at explaining everything and making the environment calm and comfortable. Dr Baker was great! He has a great bedside manner. The whole process from getting my tooth pulled to placing my implant went very smooth. Highly recommend!!!!

I seen Dr Igor Makovey to have my top 18 yr molars removed. I was extremely nervous, but he did such an amazing job. It took him maybe 5 minutes to remove both and I never felt a thing. Him and his nurse were so very kind and caring. I would definitely recommend him, an overall excellent dental visit.

Dr. Makovey was great. In and out in about 2 hours. For a full extraction, Aveleoplasty, and bone graftingβ€”more than 2 norcos at 5/375 would’ve been great. I was in a fair amount of pain for a few days. And those don’t last very long. But, he was quick, professional, and explained everything pretty well in my consult. Would recommend to anyone else needing this type of work done.

The absolute best staff you will EVER encounter. I needed several extractions done due to severe pain. From the moment I arrived they took great care of me. Always reassuring that I was comfortable. Went over my procedure with me in detail so I understood what they were doing to me and even helped my husband get me in the car safely. I can’t say enough good things about this office! Need an oral surgeon look NO further. β€οΈπŸ’™πŸ’œπŸ–€πŸ’›
